Aerospace Corporation Streetscape

El Segundo, CA

Pamela Burton & Company was commissioned to re-envision the half-mile street frontage at a corporate campus in El Segundo. Water-thirsty Red Fescue covering the steeply sloped perimeter was replaced with drought-resistant shrubs and succulents arranged in large drifts. Stone chevrons interspersed with Sedums, Aloes and Echeverias help to stabilize the slope and provide contrast to the swaths of blue, green and yellow foliage.
